Short bio

What happens?

The Youth and College Ministry at White Oak exist to develop Kingdom-focussed believers through the process of Worship, the Word, Serving, and Community. Ministering to Youth (middle-high school) and College/Young Adults is an extension of White Oak as a whole.  At White Oak, we believe that Youth and College students are not just the future of the church but they are the church.  The leaders in this ministry strive to train and equip our students to be faithful to the call of Christ as they move through each phase of life.

Our college students and upper high school students are challenged to be involved in developing those who are younger them.  Discipleship is a priority in our ministry and is big part of building our community.

When do we meet?

Every Sunday morning at both campuses we have students who gather with family and friends to experience Christ-Centered Worship and Teaching from God’s Word.  We believe these experiences are vital for the growth and encouragement of every believer. On Sunday mornings our students will meet for Connection Groups at each campus. We also meet on Sunday and Wednesday evenings at the White Oak Campus for Small Group Bible Study.

For more information about our campuses and schedules, visit the Campus Information page.

Throughout the year our students will have the opportunity to participate in retreats, local mission projects, national mission projects and international mission projects.  We believe that it vital that we as ministry live out what we believe.
